I've recieved a faulty item?
How do I return an item?
Go to our returns page and download the returns form.
Complete the form and place it with item and send it to Untamed UK, 168 Fleet Road, Farnborough, GU14 9SL.
We DO NOT currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the item.
We advise sending the items back tracked and signed. Until we recieve the item it is your responsiblity.
Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.
I still haven't recieved my refund?
Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed. Once your return in recieved we will aim to process this within 72 hours. Once we request a refund through our payment provider this could take up to 28 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be refunded into your bank.
