I have received a faulty item

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please email us the following info:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:
  • The fault as clearly as possible
  • Full-length photo of the item.

Once we have received this information we will be in touch and advise what the next step is within 72 hours. In the event you need to return the item to us, we will provide further information on the best way to return it.

How do I return an item

Update: We have extended our returns policy to 60 days, due to the disruption from the Covid-19 pandemic. This is from the date you receive your package.

  • Go to our returns page and download the returns form.
  • Complete the form and place it with item and send it to Untamed UK, 168 Fleet Road, Farnborough, GU14 9SL.
  • We DO NOT currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the item.
  • We advise sending the items back tracked and signed. Until we receive the item it is your responsiblity.
  • Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
  • Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.

I still haven't received my refund

Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed. Once your return in received we will aim to process this within 72 hours. Once we request a refund through our payment provider this could take up to 28 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be refunded into your bank.

UK delivery information

You have ordered your item and you are keen to see it arrive. We currently use Royal Mail for all postage. Items ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday will be posted within 24 hours using Royal Mail first class tracked and signed service. This should ensure your item is with you in a maximum of 3 days.

Items ordered from 3pm Friday to 3pm Monday will be sent out by Tuesday.
