Test yourself in one of the UK's best fitness competitions.
We are on the lookout for up to 8 girls to represent Team UNTAMED at the up and coming Arnold Fitness Games qualifiers taking place between the 5th and 26th June 2022 and if successful, the finals taking place at the NEC Arena between the 23rd and 25th September.
Our aim is to enter two teams. One in the Throwdown category and one in the Compete category, of which the finals will take place on Sunday 25th September. If you think you have got what it takes to represent us then you will need to register your interest here.
Why you should apply.
Firstly, if you love competing, then this could be a great way to test yourself alongside a group of like-minded individuals. BMFG competitions are extremely well run and have a wide range of movements to ensure a great challenge.
Secondly, if you love being part of a team, meeting new friends and inspiring your community, then please do register and take part.
How will we decide who is chosen?
So, each month (December/January/February/March), we will be releasing a workout for you to try at home. You will submit your scores each month with the overall winners in each category being chosen to represent Team UNTAMED.
In addition, we will be choosing one wild(untamed) card at random from all entries. Prior to entry please ensure you can meet the required movement standards for the division.
How much to enter?
There is nothing to pay to enter. All you need to do is check out the movement standards and enter the correct division and ensure you are available on the dates required.
What do I win?
The winners of the competition will receive entry to the Arnold Fitness Games, including entry to the exhibition for the weekend. In addition, each girl will receive 2 x team UNTAMED kits including Tanks, Sports Bra, Leggings/Shorts in team colours. Furthermore, accommodation will be provided the night before the event (if successful) and each participant will receive a custom made Athlete Bag.
