ESSENTIAL STRETCHING FOR RUNNERS

I don't know about you, but we have definitely seen an increase in the number of people who have started running over the past few months, so especially for them (and you) our Yoga ambassador Harriet Smith has provided this awesome video which can help you flow down after a hard run.

Once you have finished your run, it can be very tempting to sit down and relax. However, it is important to stretch your muscles to a pre-exercise state to aid recovery and avoid any potential niggles or the dreaded DOMS.
