Home workout 09/11

Lockdown 2.0 has now started and we will be posting a daily workout you can try at home. We will have 3 workouts. One with full kit (Barbells/ Rowers etc), one with limited kit (those with dumbells/kettlebells etc) and one with body weight only. You can post the workout you complete in the comments below.

Workout 1

Kit required - Rower/ Assault Bike, Barbell & Dumbells

5 Rounds for time

9 Power snatch (61kg/ 43kg)

6 Dumbell Thrusters (22.5kg/15kg)

3 Burpees over bar

Rest 3 minutes

5 Rounds for time

9 Hand release press ups

6 Hang Cleans (61kg/ 43kg)

3 Dumbell Clusters (22.5kg/15kg)

Workout 2

Kit required - Dumbells or Kettlebells

6 Rounds for time (3 rounds per side)

9 DB Single Arm Snatch

6 DB Single Arm Thrusters

3 Burpees over Dumbell

Rest 3 minutes

6 Rounds for time (3 rounds per side)

9 Hand release press ups

6 DB Single Arm Clean

3 DB Single Arm Cluster

Workout 3

Kit required - Body weight only

5 Rounds for Time

9 Burpees

6 HR Press ups (Scale to press ups on knees)

3 Deck Squats

90 seconds rest

5 Rounds for time

9 Burpees

6 HSPU (Scale to pike press ups)

3 Jumping Lunges (per leg)
