Lockdown 2.0 has now started and we will be posting a daily workout you can try at home. This week we are back up and running with a quick fire workout designed to push you to the limits. #nevermissamonday




Workout 1

Kit required - Dumbells or Kettlebells

3 rounds for time, rest 1 minute after each round.

21, 15, 9 Kettlebell deadlifts (32kg/ 24kg) & HSPU


Workout 2

Kit required - Dumbells or Kettlebells


3 rounds for time, rest 1 minute after each round

21, 15, 9 Kettle bell deadlifts & Press ups

Workout 3

Kit required - Body weight only


3 rounds for time, rest 1 minute after each round

42, 30, 18 Air Squats

21, 15, 9 Push ups
